C. Richards Photo, its logo, and other related marks are trademarks or service marks of C. Richards Photo (“Marks”). These Marks must not be used in connection with any product or service not belonging to C. Richards Photo, in a manner likely to cause confusion, or that disparages or discredits C. Richards Photo or its Marks. You acknowledge that the content and design of the website, including text, graphics, photographs, audio, or video, have been specially created by C. Richards Photo, with a unique format and appearance, protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, international treaties, and other proprietary rights and laws of Canada and other countries.

By agreeing to these terms, you grant C. Richards Photo permission to include your organization’s name and logo in the C. Richards Photo client list, on the website, media kit, and other promotional materials. This includes client references in sales presentations, demonstrations at conferences, trade shows, and speaking engagements.

Third-party trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names on the C. Richards Photo website belong to their respective owners. If you believe that the Services infringe upon copyright, trademark, or other rights, you must notify C. Richards Photo immediately.

You acknowledge that the Services are the intellectual property of C. Richards Photo. You may not copy, reproduce, recompile, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or exploit any part of the Services. However, you may download material from the Services for application and information purposes.
